Help OHA shape emergency & disaster messaging for Black Oregonians

Oregon Health Authority (OHA)’s Health Security, Preparedness and Response Program would like to understand the messaging needs and priorities of Oregon's Black, African, African immigrant, Pan-African, African American or Foundational Black American (FBA) persons during emergencies and disasters that impact public health.

OHA has prepared a survey that will take less than 30 minutes to complete. During the survey, you will be asked to provide your opinion on future messaging priorities and communication methods. At the end of the survey, you have the option to provide specific demographic information to better inform our analysis. You may answer for yourself, or fill out the survey on behalf of a loved one or member of your household.

The survey will remain open until May 30, 2025.
